How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard processing time for in-stock apparel and accessories is 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 2-4 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour merch and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size chart. Our t-shirts and hoodies generally follow standard US unisex sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, as some 100% cotton items may experience slight shrinkage after the first wash.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout price.
